Although I write about a number of topics I feel passionately about, professionally I work as a licensed real estate broker, a custom homebuilder sales consultant and a real estate consumer columnist.
My archives include real estate content for newspapers, magazines, and web sites, including a narrated PodCast for LendingTree.com-owned (homebuilder) web site, iNest.com as well as four books.
I invite consumers to enter my world of new home construction, encouraging them to learn as much as possible before making a buying decision -- one of the largest investments most will make in their lifetimes.
If you are reading my personal stories (or rants) NOT regarding real estate, I can only hope that you can either relate or be entertained by them. Expression is a natural part of my persona, so writing about ANYTHING that interests me is fun and not drudgery. I see a blank page as an untouched canvas -- just waiting for a writer or artist to give it purpose.
