360hub on HubPages
The name of these HubPages are 360HUB.
This came from an iniative that started back in 1996 as the "Digital Lighthouse of Alexandria" . The idea evolved and became the 360Hub Lighthouse Incorporated Society, founded in Stockholm August 16 2001.
The initiative stranded!
All revenue from HubPages will support the work of the core ideas to make 360HUB LIGHTHOUSE manifest. The explicit goal is to have enough funds to start to co-create again. The hope is that the youth of the city of Alexandria will benefit from this initiative, and to take on board the challenge to bridge children and youth in a learning community that innovate the future, inspire and build "cultural bridge" of global peace culture. With technology as a tools the aim is to promote an eco-lighthouse - a peace process of man with Nature!
I am writing as one of the founders of 360hub Lighthouse Incorporated Society. My name is Inger-Mette Stenseth.
The world needs more hubs!!! The symbolic qualities of the universal library in the the city of Alexandria, the mythical lightouse - in its essens the city of Alexandria in Egypt is a HUB that the world needs.
The BIBLIOTHECA ALEXANDRIAN is already a hub for learners in the digital age. The hope is that these hubpages will increase and promote the values to more people around the world.
