I wish National City would stop messing with their website organization. I have been a member of National City for many years and I mainly go to your website to check my account status. I have now spent 15 minutes looking to get into my personal accounts, and I resent having to read all the material on first page and having to search for a way into MY BANK ACCOUNT! I don't have time to "play computer" and I AM GETTING FRUSTRATED ENOUGH TO CONSIDER CHANGING BANKS! Please, Please put the personal accounts entry on the top half of the first page on the site. I am a senior citizen who is computer savy but who dislikes being forced to play your marketing game. I have discussed this with others and they have voiced the same sentiment.
