Who Is Mike Pedersen Golf Fitness Trainer

I am Mike Pedersen and I am creating this webpage to help you get to know me better. The internet is so impersonal, it's hard for you to get to know someone through a website. This is my way of exposing myself so to speak and let you get a little closer without knowing all my personal information.

I think I was put on this earth to truly help golfers play better golf through fitness. I have launched many golf fitnes websites in order to get my message out. The two most recent sites I'm really excited about are Mike Pedersen Golf Blog and Ask Golf Trainer.

Mike Pedersen Golf Blog is a total golf improvement blog where I personally talk about fitness, exercise, nutrition, stretching, golf swing technique and many other golf tips and topics. I will be launching many more videos to help you even more.

My "new baby" is Ask Golf Trainer where you can literally ask me (I'm the Golf Trainer) any question you have that pertains to golf and fitness. I will do my very best to answer your questions, and the fun part is I will be answering ALL questions via video. Pretty cool. I will personally take the time to shoot videos to answer questions on that site.
