Anyone Who Experiences Stress|The Answer Your Subconscious

Anyone who experiences stress can reduce it through communicating properly with the subconscious mind. It is a unique and wonderful gift you have been given by the creator, whatever your belief system.

It is not always easy to control, and it can cause you problems in your life if not used properly. "If you think you can or you think you can't, your right," is a famous quote from a very successful man, Henry Ford( I believe.) Let me know if you've heard this quote before.

By thinking self-limiting beliefs, anyone who experiences stress and is having trouble controlling it, confuses the subconscious. Your subconscious helps you figure out what to do in life, on a daily basis. It gets you what you think about, whether it is good or bad for you. The Law of Attraction's basic premise is, If you think it, and really believe it is yours, it becomes real. If you confuse your subconscious mind by not being in control of self-limiting beliefs, you get exactly what you think about consciously. Therefore, you achieve less of your true goals in life.

Example: I want to be wealthy and loved, but , when the going gets rough, we start to think of excuses, and we try to justify our negative thinking, after the excitement of setting a new set of goals wears off, you doubt yourself. Your subconscious mind hears these thoughts of self-doubt and it starts saying, " Hey, what do you want?" "OK I will give you what you thought about last!" It does not judge. By not having a way to know when we are thinking, or not being able to control self-limiting beliefs, we get in our own way of achieveing the goals we really want.

But recently engineers at ICAP have developed a computerized, Stress Release System, that can vbe used by anyone who experiences stress, that allows you to see on your computer screen, these negative thoughts that your subconscious reads( whether you want it to or not), and it allows you to learn how to slow them down or get rid of them. The subconscious does not judge your thoughts it just makes them real through guiding you in the actions you take to achieve the good and bad things in your life.

Why do bad things happen to good people? Because anyone who experiences stress may not truly believe they are good people. They have self-limiting thoughts that they send their subconscious and it holds them back, may be on explanation

Meditation is one way to discover some of your subconscious thoughts. By achieveing an alpha brain state( seeing pictures in your "third eye") you catch a fleeting glimpse of what you truly are made of in thought. You also see this in your dreams as your subconscious gets to play. Silva Ultra Mind Method is one way to learn to communicate with your subconscious. Up until now anyone who experiences stress has only had limited options to work with their subconscious minds. It is very calming and peaceful to know I have a purpose and that I am exactly where I should be right NOW. The past is the past it can not be changed so why worry about it. Learn from it, fix problem areas and continually grow and become engaged with life!

When anyone who experiences stress focuses on being happy right now and reducing stress, you become that way much quicker, and you are happy! It is that simple. If you are constantly trying to be happy the vibrations of happiness come to you and you attract happiness. That is my vision for you!

Truly a very important article! I am also acquainted with silva method. Hose Silva really done an excellent job by developing and inventing the Method. Since you have read some books. I would like to recommend you another excellent book "the celestine Prophecy" written by james redfield. I have read it coincidentally and then it has given a different twist in my life. And again, please read the books and lectures of Swami Vivekanondo, the most powerful and spiritual modern philosopher i think. His book "Raj-Yoga" would be perfect for you at that moment.

You are absolutely right Linc2010 - when you focus on happiness, happiness is what you get!

And when you focus on misery - that's what you get too!!

A much needed hub to read! as i am one of the most stressful people i know because of many things mainly continuous pain which is hard to be positive and to "focuses on being happy" which I try! and i found a few nuggets of help here to hopefully help! and if i can find ways, such as alternativeve medicines or medication that can reduce this pain then perhaps I could concentrate more on Meditation which I have often read about!
